1. Introduction
WebVeta is an advanced search for your websites from your own content and can be easily embedded into your websites.
After logging in, you’ll be directed to the main Dashboard. This is your central hub for accessing all WebVeta features.
The Dashboard consists of three main sections:
- Clients: Displays the number of clients you’re currently managing
- Audit Log: Access to system activity records
- Affiliates: Affiliate marketing management (coming soon)
At the top of the Dashboard, you’ll find a collapsible “Steps” section and a “Help” button that provides quick guidance.
The Clients section allows you to create and manage multiple clients within the WebVeta system.
To access Client Management:
- From the Dashboard, locate the “Clients” section
- Click on the “Manage” button
The Audit Log section provides a record of all activities within your WebVeta account.
To access the Audit Log:
From the Dashboard, click on the “View” button in the Audit Log card
Review the log entries for any suspicious activity

For optimal use of WebVeta, follow these steps:
Create your client(s), determine the pricing tiers for each client.
For each client:
Add domains, subdomains, and blogs for each client
Validate all domains
Add the provided HTML code to your websites and integrate WebVeta’s search into your website.
Regularly check the Audit Log
