1) Donate 2% of the profits to non-profit charities and additional 0.5% for directly helping the most down-trodden, but who are NOT criminals i.e as much as possible human rights violators, extortion mafia, illegal immigrants, extremists, goons would NOT receive any contribution. But currently no revenue.
2) ALight Technology And Services Limited is looking forward to work with non-profit charities on a non-profit basis and committed to offering the lowest prices possible for non-profit charities, on top of the 2% of volunteering work mentioned below.
3) ALight Technology And Services Limited employees can choose to spend 2% of their working time (40 hours) on charitable activities (such as volunteering) or working on open source projects (any) or working on absolutely free internal products such as SimplePass.
4) As and when appropriate, ALight Technology And Services Limited would encourage the next generation by offering internship opportunities to college students and or recent graduates in the computer science discipline, currently no interns.
5) ALight Technology And Services Limited reduces the carbon footprint on the environment by encouraging remote work and reducing paper usage as much as possible.
