India and probably the world’s biggest virtual pandemic is the equipment. I personally have NOT seen the equipment, but I know few things about the equipment. The equipment must be some kind of a swarm of invisible spying drones.
I think the equipment belongs to R&AW – India’s spying organization, but a certain section of them might be acting like Mafia.
There is a very high probability, several organizations world-wide might have been hacked! The equipment was used for hacking and covering the trail, NOT for any kind of investigation.
Equipment’s Capabilities:
- Audio – Hearing (obviously recording)
- Audio – Speakers – Whispering, Replaying audio
- Video – Viewing (obviously recording), if they can view using the drones, they can definitely do screenshotting.
- Mind-Reading – The equipment has mind-reading capabilities.
What can go wrong?
Lot of things can go wrong. Blackmailing, hacking, identity theft, impersonation, identity distortion, false accusations, organized crime by blackmailing – mafia style.
What should the equipment be used for?
Surveillance
Helping the innocent
Helping victims
Preventing Crime
But what’s happening?
The equipment is being used for crime!
They have misused the equipment for over 7 years. They have done identity distortion, harassment, identity theft, blackmailing, defamation, hacking etc…
What should be done?
If black-market equipment, obviously, the equipment should be seized and the offenders need to be penalized and jailed.
If surveillance equipment (but I don’t think so, because crime rate has not decreased, as a matter of fact, they have committed more serious crime), the offenders need to be jailed and proper measures and audits need to be in place.
In this particular instance, I know several people have mis-used, I would rather see them in jail instead of making any mafia shady deals.
Mafia use-cases:
- Identity theft i.e in the past, India’s mafia used to do land kabza’s now they are doing identity kabza’s.
- Brothels – Illegal in India – Probably to know if any under-cover law enforcement is coming or to know if police are planning raids.
- Blackmailing
- Hacking
- Probably controlling the politics and media
- Misrepresentation – For example https://www.domain.com/some-url for some meeting or seminar, they would NOT register on their own identity, but they would attend on some one else’s identity. In other words, they are NOT revealing their real identity, because their identity has crime written all over it, yet, they create these alibi’s for escaping from law.
- Even flight tickets, any one who knows PNR numbers can get tickets printed at kiosks.
- Similarly bank accounts.
- They hack / do identity distortion and then someone else would try to make claims – their double-double / triple-triple schemes.
I can bet in this particular instance, in Visakhapatnam, India the equipment is being used by Mafia!
What can be done to catch?
Here is a theory:
Invisible light weight drones might not have much battery power, so the swarm would need charging pads / stations. Even if the main equipment or controller equipment is not near-by, the charging pads / stations might have been scattered around the city. Some normal civilians might have been given a small piece of the equipment or some mobile spying app and might have been asked to place charging bases. Some might have went to the extremes of car battery.
Some kind of communication – wifi internet or may be satellite communication.
The equipment must be using some kind of radio waves or light based technologies. I don’t know, mind-reading i.e reading brain waves and processing those through some kind of A.I model? This is the worst offense and when mis-used becomes a crime and human rights violation.
bottomline – The equipment must be seized and destroyed.
