WebVeta allows you to create and manage clients i.e you can manage multiple organizations. Each client can have different tiers of service and associated domains.
The Clients page displays a list of all your existing clients with the following information:
- Client name
- Current tier level
To find specific clients in your list:
Use the search box at the top of the clients list:
- Enter a search term (you can use * as a wildcard at the end of your search)
- Click “Search”
- The system will display up to 30 matching entries
Creating a New Client
To create a new client:
- On the Clients page, click the “Add Client” button
- Enter the client name in the provided field
- Click “Save”
Editing Client Information
To edit a client’s name:
- On the client details page, click the “Edit” button
- Update the client name
- Click “Save”
Here you can upgrade tier of the client, click “Manage Domains” and you can manage the domains associated with the clients.
Upgrading Client Tiers
WebVeta offers different service tiers with varying features:
- Free
- Basic Full-Text
- Full-Text Premium
- RAG Ready Premium
To upgrade a client’s tier:
- On the client details page, locate the “Upgrade” section
- Select the desired tier from the available options
- Click “Upgrade”
- You’ll be redirected to the payment page
- Complete the payment process
- on successful payment, the particular client’s tier gets upgraded to the selected tier.
Based on tier, each client can have one or more associated domains. To add a domain:
- On the client details page Click “Add Domain”
